Abstract:

本发明公开了一种铌酸镉/硫化镉复合光催化剂及其制备方法。其先将镉源、铌源与有机溶剂混合后经10‑100℃常压烘干,挥发去掉溶剂形成粉末,然后通过高温处理得到铌酸镉/硫化镉复合光催化剂的前驱体,再将所得前驱体于含硫离子的无机盐水溶液中混合搅拌,制得所述铌酸镉/硫化镉复合光催化剂。本发明首次采用溶剂自挥发方法制备铌酸镉/硫化镉复合光催化剂前驱体,再通过离子交换法制备所述复合光催化剂;其所得复合光催化剂具有较宽的光吸收范围,并可使光生电子和空穴有效分离,进而提高光催化利用效率。
