Abstract:

本发明提出一种五相永磁同步电机高负载能力的直接转矩控制方法,针对五相对称绕组永磁同步电机,且定子绕组连接成星形,五相永磁同步电机定子绕组中反电动势中含有较高比例的三次谐波,利用五相逆变器输出电压矢量同时在基波平面和三次谐波平面中构建双电磁转矩、定子磁链的直接控制策略;同时,利用电机的凸极现象构建每安培最大转矩算法对双平面上的定子磁链幅值不断刷新。本发明减小了定子绕组电流峰值,构建凸极式五相永磁同步电机每安培最大转矩控制算法,利用其对基波和三次谐波平面中定子磁链幅值实时更新,进一步增强电机负载能力,降低定子绕组电流。
