Abstract：
本发明公开了一种基于褐藻寡糖的生物保鲜剂及其在对虾保鲜上的应用，属于水产品保藏加工技术领域。本发明以褐藻酸钠为底物，经酶解法制得基于褐藻寡糖的生物保鲜剂，该生物保鲜剂安全、无潜在危险、使用方便，且对于对虾的保鲜效果好，可以有效延缓对虾的腐败，具有很好的应用价值。
