Abstract:

本发明涉及一种木结构榫卯节点松动程度模拟装置及其模拟方法,包括与被测卯口和被测榫头尺寸一致的模拟卯口和模拟榫头,所述模拟榫头上开设有沿竖向排列的横向缝槽以及沿横向排列的竖向缝槽,横向缝槽贯穿模拟榫头的前端面、左侧面和右侧面,竖向缝槽贯穿模拟榫头的前端面、顶面和底面。本发明通过开设缝槽来模拟被侧被测榫头的残损程度,并通过模拟卯口和模拟榫头配合后的松动程度模拟处被侧榫头残损后松动程度,工作量小,耗时少,对于研究榫卯结构在有残损的情况下的承载能力变化是非常有意义。
