本发明提供了一种活性炭负载钌催化剂中钌的回收方法，包括以下步骤：将还原或未还原过的活性炭负载钌催化剂，在400～800℃焙烧4～20 h，将焙烧剩余固体溶解在过量酸中再进行过滤，得到主要成分为二氧化钌的固体，本发明优点在于煅烧温度低，操作工序简便，产品回收形式多选，回收率高，节约能源。
