Abstract:

本发明提供一种以钴镁铝类水滑石为前驱物的耐硫变换催化剂,以CoMgAl-LDO为载体,以MoO3为活性组分,所述载体CoMgAl-LDO是以钴镁铝类水滑石为前驱物经焙烧后制得,具有助剂钴分散均匀,表面碱性适宜和均匀分布的孔结构特点,进一步利用所述载体CoMgAl-LDO浸渍Mo活性组分制备得到催化剂能够使得Co和Mo组分都均得以高度分散,其中Co组分均匀分布于催化剂载体的内部和表面,Co和Mo之间形成良好的相互作用,所述催化剂在较宽的温度范围250-450℃均具有较高催化活性,热稳定性高,抗水合性强,既能适用于高温、高压和高汽气比的变换条件,又能适用于中压低温变换工艺。
