Abstract:

本发明提供了一种碱性直接甲醇燃料电池阳极催化剂的制备方法,属于电催化和能源技术领域。该催化剂为Pt/ FeSnO(OH)5空心纳米复合材料,其制备过程为:首先采用化学沉淀方法制备出FeSnO(OH)5空心纳米颗粒,并将其作为载体,用还原剂将氯铂酸还原并负载到FeSnO(OH)5纳米颗粒表面及内部,成功制备得到Pt/ FeSnO(OH)5空心纳米复合材料。本发明的优点在于:制备成本低、制备过程简单易行,Pt在载体上分布均匀,Pt/ FeSnO(OH)5作为碱性直接甲醇燃料电池的阳极催化剂,电流密度大,催化活性高,抗毒化能力强,导电性能好,是一种良好的碱性甲醇燃料电池的阳极催化剂。
