Abstract:

本发明公开了一种可应用于可见-近红外光区的立方相萤石型铌酸铽钙磁光晶体及其制备方法。该晶体采用熔体提拉法生长,分子式为Tb3xCa2-2xNb2-xO7,其中x=0~1,属立方晶系,空间群为Fm-3m。本发明磁光晶体在可见近红外光区具有较高的透过率,晶体中磁性稀土离子含量高,电子交换作用大,有利于产生较好的磁光性能。同时,其立方晶系各向同性的特点,可有效避免晶体双折射对磁光效应的影响。此外,本发明磁光晶体为一致熔融化合物,可采用中频感应提拉法生长,其生长工艺简单、周期短,能够实现大规模低成本的批量生产。
