Abstract:

本发明公开了一种鲍鱼壳色素及其制备方法,以鲍鱼壳为原料,采用酸溶液提取鲍鱼壳外层藻类色素,经脱钙除杂、沉淀加工成鲍鱼壳色素,具有酸溶性、碱不溶性、水不溶性和亲水性有机溶剂不溶的特点,其中蓝绿色素E4901%1cm≥75、红褐色素E6001%1cm≥50、钙含量≤2.5%、总氮≤7.5%、总糖≤5.0%。本发明在室温、低酸浓度和短时间条件下,能高效提取鲍鱼壳色素,经除杂、沉淀、洗涤、干燥等加工程序,最大程度保留鲍鱼壳色素的活性成分,构思新颖、原料丰富、生产效率高、制备成本低,工艺简单、绿色环保、便于实施,具有较大推广性,为鲍鱼壳的高值化利用找到一条新途径。
