Abstract:

本发明涉及一种测量和评估有气隙磁元件绕组交流电阻的方法。将气隙去除,构成无气隙磁元件,沿原气隙位置绕制气隙等效绕组,气隙等效绕组的宽度等于对应气隙的宽度,根据气隙等效绕组的磁动势可以等效替代气隙磁压降作用的原理,以保持等效前、后的磁元件绕组窗口内的磁场分布不变,将气隙等效绕组的端口短路,采用两端交流阻抗测量仪器测得无气隙磁元件励磁绕组两端的交流电阻,然后按一定规律扣除气隙等效绕组折算反射到励磁绕组侧的电阻,得到所述有气隙磁元件励磁绕组的交流电阻。该方法不仅可以方便、有效地评估对比不同气隙设计方案对励磁绕组交流电阻的影响,也可以准确地测量有气隙磁元件的绕组交流电阻,测量方便、快捷、成本低。
