本发明公开了一种局域表面等离子共振微流控芯片的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)微流控芯片的制备：(2)芯片的修饰。本发明原料易得，成本低，可重复利用，修饰方法简单，重现性好；稳定性好，能够直接用于快速检测各种生物样品，有望在生命科学及医学临床检测等领域得到广泛应用。
