Abstract：
本发明公开了一种基于含萘酰亚胺单元的钌配合物及其合成方法，在钌配合物中引入1, 8-萘酰亚胺单元，通过控制合成配体5-(1, 8-萘酰亚胺)-1, 10-邻菲罗啉，将其与Ru金属单元进行分子自组装反应得到新型钌配合物。1, 8-萘酰亚胺单元的引入使钌配合物具有较高的光化学稳定性及电致化学发光量子产率、较大的斯托克斯位移、在4-位易于修饰等特点，特别是高的发光量子产率的特点使其在分析检测应用中可大大节省发光试剂的用量，节约分析成本，同时有利提高其在电致化学发光分析灵敏度。
