Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种具有永磁偏磁的磁性元件,包括用以形成磁通回路且具有至少一个气隙断口的磁芯,其特征在于:所述磁芯上绕设有工作线圈,所述磁芯的气隙断口至少一侧面上设有一对永磁体,所述永磁体上设有至少一个软磁磁芯,以连通两永磁体,从而形成与气隙断口并联的含永磁体磁支路,所述磁性元件的气隙断口的磁阻小于与之并联的含永磁体磁支路的磁阻5倍以上。本实用新型可以有效提高磁性元件磁芯抗直流电流偏磁能力,提高一定直流偏磁电流下的电感量,或减小磁芯截面积,减小体积或降低工作线圈的用铜量长度和电阻;同时可以克服传统带永磁体磁性元件容易被电流脉冲退磁、永磁体在高频磁通下涡流损耗引起温度升高导致永磁体在高温下容易失效的缺点。
