Abstract:

本发明涉及一种Ru-Zr-Ti三元氧化物活性材料及其制备方法,该活性材料中Ru-Zr-Ti的摩尔比为20~50:10~60:10~50,其制备方法以ZrCl4、钛酸丁酯和RuCl3为源物质,并分别溶于乙醇中,待各源物质充分溶解后将三者混合均匀,制成活性浆液,该浆液经加热蒸发、加热固化和氧化烧结,成为Ru-Zr-Ti活性材料。该活性材料的显微组织比相应的二元活性材料有明显不同,可有效改善涂层的颗粒形貌和尺寸,提高涂层与基体的结合力,因此具有优越的电催化活性。而且该活性材料的制备方法简单,可操作性强,原料易得,成本低。
