古代福建冶金瑰宝——大铁佛的"丈六"身量

Abstract :

福州开元寺的大铁佛是福建省冶金史上具有重要意义的文物.这尊大铁佛是否属于《丈六金身碑》中所描述的丈六金身大佛仍存在疑问.在本文中,本团队比对了1922年大佛的照片,通过测量,确定大佛的实际高度为5.45米.在唐尺的详细分析的基础上,确定其古代高度为1.71丈,与标高的"丈六"仅差+6.8%.考虑到佛教造像广泛采用"丈六"的身量,实际上"丈六"在佛教领域已成为一种规制,关注的主要是规模而非尺寸.为此可以确定,这尊大铁佛属于"丈六"身量,完全符合《丈六金身碑》的描述.

Abstract :

福州开元寺的大铁佛是福建省冶金史上具有重要意义的文物.这尊大铁佛是否属于《丈六金身碑》中所描述的丈六金身大佛仍存在疑问.论文对该佛的形态造型进行细致的观察和分析,比对了1922年的大佛的照片,并参考相关文献和国内外类似佛像,认为其形态特征基本符合《丈六金身碑》的描述,其艺术风格显示出盛唐时期的造型特点.其外形完整,体内保留"断臂",为的是展示王审知的梦境.

Abstract :

Density functional theory calculations combined with experiments were performed to investigate the stability, crystal structure, electronic structure and conductivity of RuO2-SiO2 binary oxides. Our calculations indicate that Ru1-xSixO2 solid solutions are unstable, and both their total energies and lattice parameters deviate from Vegard's law, revealing a strong interaction between RuO2 and SiO2. With an increase in x (doping concentration of SiO2), the conductivity of Ru1-xSixO2 underwent first-order exponential attenuation, but the compound remained metallic even when x was 0.875. Ru0.5Si0.5O2/Ti electrodes were prepared using the thermal decomposition method, and at different annealing temperatures, varying degrees of phase separation were observed in all the samples, proving the instability of the Ru1-xSixO2 solid solutions. The impedance test of the Ru0.5Si0.5O2/Ti samples showed that the total impedance of the samples and the degrees of phase separation conform to the first-order exponential relationship. The dual effects of Si doping attenuation and phase separation attenuation can explain the rapid decline in the conductivity of the RuO2-SiO2 electrode material.

Abstract :

RuO2 is well known to be an active and expensive metal oxide. In the paper, ZnCo2O4/RuO2 nanocomposites were synthesized by simple hydrothermal, impregnation and calcination methods. Due to the multifunctional bridge structure, RuO2 could not only effectively inhibit the volume change of ZnCo2O4 in long-term work but also provide more redox active sites. The forbidden bandwidth was reduced and the conductivity was improved after doping RuO2. Compared with ZnCo2O4, the density of state of ZnCo2O4/RuO2 tended to a higher energy level. ZnCo2O4/3 wt% RuO2 electrode exhibited an excellent specific capacitance (1346.56 F g(-1)) and cyclic stability in 6 M KOH aqueous solution. For the first time, the electrochemical performance of ZnCo2O4/RuO2//IrO2-ZnO ASC has been evaluated in two-electrode configurations. The supercapacitor exhibited an excellent energy density of 40.89 W h kg(-1) at the power density of 740 W kg(-1) and a high capacitance retention of 87.5% even after 7000 cycles at a scanning rate of 100 mV s(-1). The ZnCo2O4/RuO2 was a promising electrode material for supercapacitors.

Abstract :

采用热分解法制备了新型IrO_2-CeO_2-G/Ti复合电极。采用SEM、TEM、XRD和XPS等测试手段分别对不同IrO_2含量的电极进行表征。采用循环伏安法、恒流充放电法和电化学阻抗谱法对电极的电化学行为进行研究。结果表明,IrO_2涂覆载量为2.5 mg/cm~2的电极具有最大的比电容值459.5 F/g。在5 mA/cm~2电流密度下,经5000次充放电循环后IrO_2涂覆载量为2.5 mg/cm~2电极比电容仍能保持97.8%。该种复合电极材料因其独特的元素组成和良好的赝电容性能,是一种理想的超级电容器电极材料。

Abstract :

The novel IrO2-CeO2-G/Ti composite electrodes were prepared by thermal decomposition method. The synthesized electrodes with different IrO2 content were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The electrochemical performances of the electrodes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution. The results show that the electrode with 2.5 mg/cm(2) IrO2 exhibits an excellent specific capacitance value of 459.5 F/g, and maintains the specific capacitance at about 97.8% after 5000 charge-discharge cycles at 5 mA/cm(2) current density. The electrode with 2.5 mg/cm(2) IrO2 is an ideal electrode for supercapacitor due to its unique composition proportion and the excellent pseudocapacitance property.

Abstract :

通过溶胶凝胶法制备了SnO2纳米晶,并加入Ru–Sn涂液中刷涂到钛阳极上,经过热分解制备了SnO2纳米晶含量不同的RuO2–SnO2涂层.采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了涂层的相成分和结构,通过循环伏安法测试了电极的电容性能,通过析氧电位表征了电极的电催化活性.结果 表明,引入SnO2晶种后,涂层最显著的变化是形成了SnO2、RuO2基固溶体和(Sn,Ru)O2金红石固溶体三相组织.当SnO2晶种的摩尔分数为20%时,电极具有最高的活性.

Abstract :

采用基于密度泛函(DFT)第一性原理的计算方法,获得金红石和萤石相Ru_((1-x))Ce_xO_2固溶体的能量和结构数据,分析了固溶体的分离能、混合吉布斯自由能和热力学状态图,指出在常规热分解温度(723 K)下,固溶体存在spinodal分解为RuO_2+CeO_2的倾向,并对723 K热分解制备高、中、低Ru含量的Ru_((1-x))Ce_xO_2样品进行了XRD分析,发现Ru_((1-x))Ce_xO_2更倾向于遵循qusia-spinodal机制分解为RuO_(2R)+CeO_(2F)。文章从体系自由能的角度初步讨论了Ru_((1-x))Ce_xO_2发生qusia-spinodal...

Abstract :

Bi2O3-based composite cathodes of solid oxide fuel cells are generally sintered at a low temperature of 750-800 degrees C, but the detailed information regarding the generation of electrode/electrolyte interface and its effect on the polarization performance are scarcely known. Here we assemble nanostructured 10-40 wt% Er0.4Bi1.6O3 decorated Sm0.95CoO3-delta (ESB-SmC) composite cathodes on 8 mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia electrolyte without sintering at high temperatures and the best performance is obtained on 20 wt% ESB decorated SmC, achieving a peak power density of 1.66 W cm(-2) at 750 degrees C. We adopt a stepwise annealing approach under open circuit and polarization conditions, so as to in situ evaluate the extent of electrode/electrolyte interface generation. The results show that under open circuit conditions, the electrode/electrolyte interface of 20 wt% ESB decorated SmC electrode can be generated by annealing at 750 degrees C and higher, but the polarization remarkably accelerates the interface generation at lower temperatures of 600-700 degrees C. The present study provides new insights into the electrode/electrolyte interface generation and polarization performance of bismuth oxide based composite cathodes under the operating conditions of solid oxide fuel cells.
