Abstract:

本发明提供了一种带有界面缺陷的二氧化钛光催化多层薄膜的制备方法,属于二氧化钛催化剂技术领域。通过低温等离子体处理技术在TiO2多层薄膜的界面中引入缺陷,能有效的减少和避免缺陷的流失,促进光催化剂中光生电子-空穴对的分离,大大提高光催化效率。本发明制备的TiO2光催化多层薄膜具有很好的光致亲水性,同时具有极好的光催化活性,能高效地进行光催化反应。此外,本发明多层薄膜应用范围广,成本低,使用方便,易于分离回收。
