Abstract:

本发明公开了一种纳米级耐蚀性氧化物涂层的制备方法,以Si盐、Ti盐以及Zn\Al等中性盐为源物质,以无水乙醇为溶剂,并加入添加剂、表面活性剂、少量蒸馏水,利用溶胶—凝胶技术合成以Si-Ti为主要成分的纳米级非晶态-晶态氧化物耐蚀性涂层,其中Si氧化物以非晶态,Ti氧化物以及其它少量氧化物以结晶度较差的纳米级晶态结构存在于涂层中。本发明制备的涂层具有优越的耐酸性,抗高温氧化性、致密且与基体金属具有良好粘附性能。
