Abstract：
用系统分析的方法,在线跟踪观察了40Cr钢Ni-P化学镀层及化学镀层经晶化处理后的试样疲劳损伤过程.实验结果表明:系统分析的方法能够敏感地跟踪疲劳损伤过程;金属材料表面Ni-P化学镀层状态,影响材料疲劳损伤的过程和形式,使材料的疲劳寿命下降50%以上.
