Abstract：
采用沉降脱脂分离技术,从鸡超免疫卵黄中提取传染性腔上囊病卵黄抗体免疫球蛋白(IGY)。通过正交试验,确定乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液为最佳沉降脱脂缓冲液。用PH值为5.2,浓度为0.12mol/L的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液9倍稀释卵黄液,在约300r/min下搅拌10min后,置于4℃下沉降3-4h,沉降上清液中IgY含量占卵黄中蛋白总量的25%左右,脱酯率＞98%,活性损失可忽略不计。
