Abstract:
浸渍Ca3(PO4)2与AIPO4混合饱和溶液,有利于SiC窑具材料晶相结构的转化与性能的优化,使SiC结构由低温稳定型向高温稳定型转化,α-SiC含量随着浸渍次数的增加而增加,浸渍4次。α-SiC含量最高。材料性能随浸渍次数增加而优化,浸渍4次的抗折强度、热震后抗折强度保持率和体积密度量高,显气孔率与吸水率最低,浸渍混合饱和溶液效果优于浸渍Ca3(PO4)2饱和溶液。
