Abstract:
浸渍Ca3(PO4)2与AlPO4混合饱和溶液, 有利于SiC窑具材料晶相结构的转化与性能的优化, 使SiC结构由低温稳定型向高温稳定型转化, α-SiC含量随着浸渍次数的增加而增加, 浸渍4次α-SiC含量最高. 材料性能随浸渍次数增加而优化, 浸渍4次的抗折强度、热震后抗折强度保持率和体积密度最高, 显气孔率与吸水率最低, 浸渍混合饱和溶液效果优于浸渍Ca3(PO4)2饱和溶液.
