噪光污染是随着社会的发展而产生的一种新的环境污染类型.在城市噪光污染侵害案件日益增多的同时,我国噪光污染侵害的法律救济手段却呈空白,尤其是民事立法的缺位.从民法角度探讨噪光污染的法律适用问题.
