Abstract：
噪光污染是随着社会的发展而产生的一种新的环境污染类型。在城市噪光污染侵害案件日益增多的同时，我国噪光污染侵害的法律救济手段却呈空白，尤其是民事立法的缺位。本文试从民法角度探讨噪光污染的法律适用问题。
