随着市场竞争的加剧和顾客争夺成本的提高,顾客满意和顾客忠诚已经引起理论界和实践界的广泛关注,然而,目前学术界对顾客满意向顾客忠诚转换因素的研究却较少.现基于相关的文献综述,对影响顾客满意向顾客忠诚转换的因素进行分析和概括,以期对我国企业的发展提供一些参考.
