本文把CSI的理论运用于福建月饼行业,构建出福建月饼顾客满意度指数测评体系,同时对月饼的顾客期望、顾客抱怨与顾客忠诚等各个方面进行了解析,最终得出福建月饼行业的各CSI值,为企业与行业实施顾客满意战略提供了很有价值的参考依据.
