Abstract：
2007年6月8-10日,Asia TEFL(亚洲英语教师协会)在马来西亚首府吉隆坡召开了该协会成立以来的第5届国际学术年会。该年会由Asia TEFL和MELTA(马来西亚英语教师协会)共同承办,会议主题是“寄望亚洲:英语教学新范式”(Empowering Asia:New Paradigms in English Language Education)。这次年会的召开为来自全球30多个国家和地区近1400名代表提供了一个探讨在全球化背景下亚洲英语教学改革与创新经验的舞台。
