Abstract：
筛选得到一株对达托霉素前体具有脱酰基转化作用的游动放线菌(Actinoplanes sp.HCCB10085),经试验得到其产生脱酰基酶的最佳培养条件为pH7.0、28℃培养60-90h;菌体对达托霉素前体的最佳转化条件为pH7.0、35℃。
