Abstract:

分析了传统招聘方法的不足,提出了结合胜任力进行招聘的优势。以某高科技企业为例,构建了研发人员的内隐胜任力模型,运用结构化面试和无领导小组讨论等招聘方法,梳理了基于内隐胜任力模型进行招聘的具体流程,并提出了确保招聘有效实施的相关配套措施。
