本文从人力资本与经济发展方式转变的关系入手,通过构建模型,运用主成分分析法、回归分析法,研究福建省人力资本与经济发展方式转变的相关性,进而提出提升人力资本水平的对策建议,以期进一步推动福建省经济发展方式转变,实现经济社会和谐发展。
