本文从人力资本与经济发展方式转变的关系入手，通过构建模型，运用主成分分析法、回归分析法，研究福建省人力资本与经济发展方式转变的相关性，进而提出提升人力资本水平的对策建议，以期进一步推动福建省经济发展方式转变，实现经济社会和谐发展。
