以研究黑暗链霉菌tt-49中生物合成基因aprf-g生理功能为目标,利用接合转移法,将同源重组质粒pfd10导入黑暗链霉菌tt-49,最终获得同源双交换茵株tt-49g53,并对其生理特性进行考察.结果显示:其生长速度明显比亲株慢,产抗水平比亲株低100倍,仅为13 u/ml.采用薄层层析法对其代谢产物进行分析,未检测到安普霉素.
