Abstract:
[目的]建立用静态电化学发光分析法检测环孢霉素的方法。[方法]以实验室自合成的羧基钌为发光试剂,环境友好型二丁基乙醇胺为共反应试剂,用静态电化学发光分析法检测环孢霉素。[结果]在pH为6.0的0.06mo]/LPBS缓冲溶液中,羧基钌发光强度的淬灭值与环孢霉素A浓度在9.3×10^-9~4.0×10^-7mol/L之间呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.9950),检测限达5.4×10^-7 mol/L。[结论]该方法是首次用电化学发光方法应用于环孢霉素的检测,为电化学发光方法检测环孢霉素提供了理论与试验依据。
