Abstract:
[目的]建立用静态电化学发光分析法检测环孢霉素的方法.[方法]以实验室自合成的羧基钌为发光试剂,环境友好型二丁基乙醇胺为共反应试剂,用静态电化学发光分析法检测环孢霉素.[结果]在pH-为6.0的0.06 mol/L PBS缓冲溶液中,羧基钌发光强度的淬灭值与环孢霉素A浓度在9.3×10-9 ~4.0×10-7 mol/L之间呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9950),检测限达5.4×10-7 mol/L.[结论]该方法是首次用电化学发光方法应用于环孢霉素的检测,为电化学发光方法检测环孢霉素提供了理论与试验依据.
