从技术发展基础、技术引进、消化吸收、再创新和环境支持五个方面构建产业技术引进再创新能力评价指标体系。引入熵值法改进的灰局势决策模型,对福建省机械装备产业、轻工纺织产业、信息产业和光电子产业近七年引进技术再创新能力进行系统评价,分析比较各产业能力变化趋势及其影响因素。
