文中从绿色效益、绿色利用、绿色制造、绿色控制、绿色管理五个方面构建绿色产业发展的系统评价体系。引入熵值法改进的灰局势决策模型，分析比较福建省各区域的绿色产业发展变化趋势及其影响因素，并提出相应的发展思路。
