在5 L发酵罐中考察酵母转化生成2-苯乙醇的补料分批培养过程,建立以产物抑制动力学为核心的过程动力学模型,该模型拟合精度较好,能准确反映2-苯乙醇生物合成过程及其动力学特征,特别是2-苯乙醇对生物合成过程的抑制规律。
