Abstract：
创新网络时代,每时每刻都会繁衍出无数的信息,不断重塑着人与人之间的关系,改变着我们的世界。高校学生作为网络利用率极高的一类群体,也是网络舆情的主要生成力量和影响对象。本文从创新网络时代高校网络舆情特点出发,分析高校舆情演变规律,并以此为基础建立安全评估指标体系。
