Abstract：
在推进高校科研管理体制改革、实施创新驱动战略过程中,加强高校科研管理廉政风险防控尤为重要。高校科研管理廉政风险防控具有系统性、复杂性、约束性等特点。作为一种重要的全面质量管理理论,PDCA循环理论对高校科研管理廉政风险防控具有一定指导价值。当前,我国高校科研管理廉政风险防控体系存在风险防控计划滞后、执行不力、绩效评价体系不健全、风险处置不严、责任追究不到位等问题。有必要导入PDCA循环理论,从计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、考核评价(Check)、处置(Action)等角度入手,采取有针对性的科研管理廉政风险防控措施。
