Abstract：
大学英语教学突出就业导向,对切实提高学生的英语综合能力有积极作用。本文以ESP理论为指导,基于职场英语的视角,从课程设置、教材选用、教学方法、教学管理、学业评价、师资培养六方面,实践探索了培养与提升学生职场英语综合应用能力和职业胜任力的途径与方法。
