在内蒙古,民营企业发展越来越迅速,对于内蒙古经济发展已经不可或缺。而推行绩效管理对于内蒙古民营企业管理水平的提高具有重大意义。但是,在当前绩效管理在内蒙古民营企业出现了一些问题,因此,内蒙古民营企业应该对存在的问题作出相应措施来改善绩效管理。
