Abstract:
经高温(1273—1473K)固相反应数小时至20小时,合成了Na_(3-x)Ta_xZr_(2-x)Si_2PO_(12)系统钠快离子导体(简称Ta—Nasicon)。该系统X≤1.0的合成物属空间群C_(2/c),具有Nasicon结构。X=0.4的合成物具有最高的电导率,在623K时达到1.06×10~(-2)S/cm,它的活化能为28.33kJ/mole。
