Abstract:

Na3+xLuxZr2-xSi2PO12系统的钠快离子导体,由Na2CO3、Lu2O3、ZrO2、SiO2和NH4H2PO4为原料经高温(1000℃~1200℃)固相反应20~28小时制得.一个具有C2/c结构的Nasicon相可在起始组成为x=0-0.8范围内发现,Na3+xLuxZr2-xSi2PO12系统的晶胞体积在x≤0.4时是随X增大而增大,当x>0.4时则是随X增大而减小.该系统的起始组成X=0.4即Na3.4Lu0.4Zr1.6Si2PO12具有最高的电导率,在300℃时,达到3.16×10-2s/cm,其离子激活能在200~400℃的温区内为45.5kJ/mole.
