Abstract:
采用以水为溶剂的溶胶凝胶法合成LiCoO_2溶液,并用浸泡提拉法制备用于熔融碳酸盐燃料电池中不锈钢阴极电流收集器的LiCoO_2涂层。通过650℃热处理3h成功获得LiCoO_2涂层。采用热分析、X射线和扫描电镜对涂层的成分,晶化转变及组织结构进行系统研究。结果表明,涂层凝胶为无定型非晶态,在350℃以上,发生晶化转变,形成连续光滑的LiCoO_2涂层,呈多孔组织。
