Abstract:
采用有机途径、无机途径的溶胶-凝胶法制备具有耐蚀性能的LiCoO 2 的涂层.研究结果表明:两种途径涂层在热处理过程中物相结构的变化是类似的,在干凝胶状态下为非晶态结构,400℃已晶化,物相为Li 0.4CoO 2 ;650℃涂层晶化已趋于完整,最终得到的涂层物相结构为LiCoO 2 .两种途径制备的锂钴复合氧化物都具有良好的高温耐蚀性能,无机途径涂层的耐蚀性又略好于有机途径涂层.
