Abstract:
以Li3xLa0.67-xTiO3为母体,通过异价双掺,经高温固相反应制得了新的锂快离了导体材料Li3xLa0.67-xMyTi1-2yPyO3(M=Fe3+,Cr3+)。结果表明:异价双掺降低了反应温度,Li3xLa0.67-xCryTi1-2yPyO3系统合成物在x=0.100,y≦0.100时,Li3xLa0.67-xFeyTi1-2yPyO3系统在x=0.100,y<0.100时,均可形成纯钙钛矿型固溶体相且其空间点群属于正交晶系。两系统合成物在室温下最高电导率分别可达2.05×10-4,1.98×10-4S·cm-1。两系统合成物在298-523K内均具有较低的活化能,约为26-29...
