Abstract:
以Li<,3x>La<,0.67-x>TiO<,3>为母体,通过异价双掺,经高温固相反应制得了新的锂快离子导体材料Li<,3x>La<,0.67-x>M<,y>Ti<,1-2y>P<,y>O<,3>(M=Fe<''3+>,Cr<''3+>).结果表明:异价双掺降低了反应温度,Li<,3x>La<,0.67-x>Cr<,y>Ti<,1-2y>P<,y>O<,3>系统合成物在x=0.100,y≤0.100时,Li<,3x>La<,0.67-x>Fe<,y>Ti<,1-2y>P<,y>O<,3>系统在x=0.100,y<0.100时,均可形成纯钙钛矿型固溶体相且其空间点群属于正交晶系,两系统合成物的室温下最高电导率分别可达2.05×10<''-4>s/cm、1.98×10<''-4>s/cm.两系统合成物在298K~523K内均具有较低的活化能,约为26~29kJ/mol.
