Abstract:

<正> 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备半导体氧化物SnO2.配制一定浓度SnCl4水溶液,并加入一定比例的柠檬酸.然后滴加NH4OH溶液,生成Sn(OH)4沉淀.洗涤后加入弱酸,调节pH值,生成Sn(OH)4水溶胶,加入一定量的PEG(聚乙二醇).烘干,在马弗炉高温烧结2 h。得SnO2纳米晶体. 用溶胶-凝胶法制备ThO2:将Th单质与盐酸反应,得ThCl4水溶液,通过滴加NH4OH溶液,使之形成
