Abstract：
本文介绍了当前电子行业热门的表面技术-浸镀处理的特点、机理及其工艺控制。详细叙述了几种浸镀技术在印刷电路板表面处理中的应用情况,其中包括浸镀Sn、浸镀Au、浸镀Pd和浸镀Ag,并指出这些浸镀技术的发展趋势以及目前存在的问题。
