Abstract：
随着社会资本理论在大学生就业过程中的广泛运用,笔者运用社会学方法从社会资本的拥有,社会资本的运作和社会资本的回报三个方面对农村籍和城籍大学生的社会资本进行了比较研究,从而展现出了两者之间的差异。
