Abstract:
本文分别采用导模法和助熔剂法对TbAl3(BO3)4晶体进行生长研究探索,寻求其成为可见光波段法拉第磁光材料的可能性。TbAl3(BO3)4多晶原料采用球磨工艺结合高温固相法合成,根据DSC-TGA谱图确定固相合成的烧结工艺。并对原料进行XRD和磁化率的测定,XRD数据与标准谱图一致,其磁化率为2.46E-5。
